Do I Qualify?

Prime Property manages properties developed by Neighborhood Restorations and WPRE utlizing the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program.  This program limits the income of the tenants residing in our properties to amounts below those set by HUD (see below) it also does not allow full time students to rent our properties.

So for example a single person interested in renting one of our homes would have to have an income below $37,860 and a four person family unit would have to have a combined income below $54,060. Listed above are the maximum income limits a person or family can make to occupy one of our homes.

Please note, while an applicants income must be below the above listed guidelines, it also must be sufficent for you to pay your rent. Our typical guidelines for minimum income per bedroom size is as follows:

*If you do not meet our income guidelines, but have a Section 8 voucher or other form of rental assistance, please let us know. As we will consider that when reviewing your application.
