Prime Property Management, Inc. (PPM) was established over 30 years ago, managing and maintaining renovated rental properties in the West Philadelphia area offering 1, 2, 3 & 4 bedroom units. PPM is known for its distinctive exteriors and interiors throughout the surrounding communities and have a range of property sizes and types, duplexes, row homes and town homes. Our company is committed to providing excellent customer service, handling maintenance repairs efficiently while communicating in a professional and courteous manner. Prime Property Management, Inc. exclusively manages homes owned by Neighborhood Restorations.
